Section 1

General Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "Player", "you") and ase 365 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website located at ase-365.com and all associated services, games, features, promotions, and content offered thereon. By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the ase 365 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and expressly agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

ase 365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, the Platform will publish the revised Terms at ase-365.com/terms-conditions with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

The Platform may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, modify, suspend, or discontinue any game, feature, promotion, payment method, or service offered on the site. ase 365 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

These Terms apply to all users of ase 365 regardless of the device used to access the platform (desktop, mobile, tablet), the browser used, or the connection type (Wi-Fi, mobile data). These Terms are in addition to, and should be read alongside, the ase 365 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ase 365.

Section 2

Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the full functionality of ase 365, including placing bets, playing casino games, and processing deposits or withdrawals, you are required to register a player account. Registration is free of charge and requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete personal information as requested in the registration form.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on ase 365 at any given time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same person — regardless of whether different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers are used — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances contained therein.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must register using your real, legal name as it appears on government-issued identification.
• You must provide a valid, active mobile number registered in your name for account verification and two-factor authentication.
• You must provide a valid email address that you own and have regular access to.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of ase 365 or any of its technology, payment, or game-supply partners.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended account on ase 365 under any identity.

ase 365 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts, typically triggered at the point of first withdrawal or where account activity warrants additional identity confirmation. You may be asked to supply one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence — showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months confirming your residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits, demonstrating that it is registered in your name.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by ase 365 may result in the suspension of withdrawal access until verification is complete. ase 365 will handle all identity documents in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Section 3

Deposits & Withdrawals

ase 365 supports a range of payment methods designed specifically for the Bangladesh market. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to the limits and conditions described below.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• ase 365 does not charge any transaction fees on deposits. However, your mobile network operator or bank may apply standard service charges.
• Deposits are credited to your ase 365 account in real time for bKash and Nagad. If a deposit is not reflected within 15 minutes, contact our support team with the transaction reference number.
• ase 365 reserves the right to request evidence of the originating payment method before processing any withdrawal to that method.
• Funds deposited to your ase 365 account may only be used for wagering purposes on the platform. Funds cannot be transferred to other users.

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, in line with anti-money-laundering best practice.
• Before your first withdrawal, your account must pass the KYC verification process as described in Section 2.
• Withdrawals are processed Monday through Sunday, including public holidays. Processing times are as shown in the table above; complex verification cases may take longer.
• ase 365 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.
• ase 365 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms is suspected.
• The maximum single withdrawal amount is ৳200,000. For larger amounts, players should contact the support team to arrange a multi-stage withdrawal.

Section 4

Bonus & Promotion Policy

ase 365 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is published, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, passed the KYC verification process.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible player unless explicitly stated otherwise. Claiming the same promotion via multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements), which specify the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your account wallet. Real-money funds are used first by default unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds while wagering requirements remain outstanding cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement is fully met.
• ase 365 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or void bonus winnings where evidence of abuse, exploitation, or fraudulent activity is identified — including the use of automated betting strategies, arbitrage, or coordinated play designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational intent.
• Bonuses not claimed within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• ase 365 promotional calendars are aligned with key Bangladeshi sporting and cultural events — BPL season, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Availability of specific seasonal promotions is at the sole discretion of ase 365.

Section 5

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using ase 365, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with the fair use of the platform. The following obligations apply to all registered users at all times.

• Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information at registration and upon request during account verification.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify ase 365 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Use the platform solely for lawful, personal, recreational gambling activities — not for commercial purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding online gambling.
• Take personal responsibility for your gambling activity and make use of the responsible gaming tools provided by ase 365 if you feel your gambling is becoming problematic.

• Underage gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account under any combination of personal details, devices, or payment methods.
• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identification documents; or engaging in any form of financial fraud.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through coordinated play, matched betting, arbitrage, or the use of automated bots or scripts.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker game, tournament, or other competitive gaming format.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider after depositing funds to ase 365.
• Platform interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, modify, or disrupt any part of the ase 365 platform, including its games, software, servers, or security systems.
• Offensive conduct: Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward ase 365 staff or other players via any communication channel.

Any breach of the obligations in this section may, at the sole discretion of ase 365, result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Section 6

Intellectual Property

All content on the ase 365 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, layout, text, graphics, icons, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of ase 365 or its licensed technology and content partners, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ase 365 platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, broadcast, modify, or create derivative works from any content on ase 365 without prior written consent from ase 365.
• You may not use the ase 365 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any marketing material, social media post, or commercial context without explicit written authorisation.
• Game content — including game graphics, audio, mechanics, and mathematics — belongs to the respective game providers (e.g., Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe) and is licensed to ase 365. All intellectual property rights in game content are retained by those providers.
• Any unauthorised use of ase 365 intellectual property may result in legal action, account closure, and claims for damages.

Section 7

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ase 365 expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform and its services — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.

• ase 365 shall not be liable for any loss of funds arising from a player's voluntary wagering decisions, including losses incurred during genuine gameplay on any casino game, slot, crash game, or sports betting market.
• ase 365 shall not be liable for service interruptions resulting from scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• ase 365 shall not be liable for delayed transactions caused by the payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard) or by the player's bank.
• ase 365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform, even if ase 365 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• In any event, ase 365's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your player account at the time the claim arises.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

ase 365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any provision of these Terms has been violated, or where the continued operation of the account presents a risk to the platform, other players, or third parties.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent account information or KYC documentation.
• Detection of duplicate accounts, collusion, bonus abuse, or any form of fraudulent wagering activity.
• Initiation of an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute.
• Account inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts will be notified by email before any administrative fee is applied.
• Legal obligation: where ase 365 is required by law or regulatory instruction to close an account.

You may request the closure of your ase 365 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of KYC verification and the absence of any pending investigations. • Upon account closure, your access to the platform will be immediately revoked.
• Any bonus balances, free bet credits, or promotional rewards that have not been converted to withdrawable funds will be forfeited at the time of closure.
• ase 365 will retain your personal data for the period required by applicable data protection and anti-money-laundering regulations, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• A closed account may not be reopened without explicit written approval from the ase 365 compliance team. This restriction is absolute for accounts closed due to fraud or terms violations.
